At the "Foreigners General Counseling Service," foreign residents living in the prefecture can quickly reach appropriate information and consultation places regarding living conditions such as residence status, employment, medical care, welfare, childbirth, parenting, and child education. We provide information and consultation in multiple languages so that we can do it.
Japanese and Vietnamese counselors will be available at the counter.

About "Safety tips", a disaster information provision application for foreigners（外部サイトへリンク）
This Application notifies a user with EEW, Tsunami Warnings, Volcanic Warnings, Weather Warnings, Heat illness Warnings and Civil Protection Information issued in Japan. It is a free application developed under the supervision of Japan Tourism Agency.
The Application provides various functions useful for foreign tourists in Japan. The application is available in 15 languages: English, simplified and traditional Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Tagalog, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Nepali, Thai, Khmer, Burmese, Mongolian, and Japanese.
