Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the map data provided by this site ("Data"). The following terms and conditions constitute the terms and conditions of the agreement between the user of this site ("User") and Osaki Town regarding the use of the Data. Please use the Data only if you agree to all of these Terms and Conditions. Use of the data constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Article 1 (Copyright and License of Data)
1. The copyright of the data belongs to Zenrin Co.,Ltd. or third parties who have licensed their rights to Zenrin Co.,Ltd.
2.Osaki Town grants the user the following rights to the data within the scope of private use as stipulated in the Copyright Act. The user does not acquire any other rights to the data.
(1) Viewing the data displayed on the Site using a web browser.
(2) Printing out the data displayed on the Website on paper media (the data printed out in accordance with this item are hereinafter referred to as "reproduction results").
Article 2 (Compliance).
Users shall comply with the following
(1) Except as expressly authorised in the preceding article, irrespective of the method used, the data in whole or in part may not be reproduced (including printed), transcribed, extracted, processed, altered, adapted, transmitted or otherwise used.
(2) Not to allow third parties to use the data (including reproductions, outputs, extracts or other use of the data in whole or in part), whether for a fee or free of charge, or by any means, including transfer, licence, transmission or otherwise.
Article 3 (Guarantee)
The user acknowledges that the data does not necessarily meet the user's purpose of use or requirements and that not all data is accurate or complete, and that Osaki Town shall not be liable for replacing, repairing, refunding or otherwise taking responsibility for the data in the event of any of these.
Article 4 (Suspension of the Site, etc.)
1.Osaki Town may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service when carrying out periodic maintenance and inspection of the Website.
2.Osaki Town may temporarily suspend all or part of the operation of this website without prior notice to the user in the event of any of the following.
(1) For urgent maintenance and inspection of the Website.
(2) If the operation of the Website becomes impossible due to fire, power failure or other accidents, earthquakes, floods or other natural disasters, war, riots, labour disputes, etc.
(3) If Osaki Town deems it necessary to temporarily suspend the operation of the Website due to operational or technical reasons.
(4) In the event of a failure of the Website or any other reason that prevents the Website from operating.
3.The Town of Osaki may, at its discretion, terminate the operation of the Website.

<Terms and conditions of use〉
●The browsers supported by this website are in accordance with the "Base Guide Service" provided by Zenrin Datacom Co., Ltd. Other browsers can be used to view the site, but some functions may be restricted.
●Data on hazardous areas, geographical features, administrative borders, etc. on this website have been outlined for public use and may contain errors.
● The data for each hazardous area on this site are forecasts based on certain conditions and may exceed assumptions in the event of an actual disaster.
●The maps and other map contents displayed in the background of the Site are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use (General Terms and Conditions) of the base guide. The map contents do not indicate land use or land boundaries.
●The aerial photographs used on this website were taken by the GSI. The terms and conditions of use are in accordance with the GSI's terms and conditions.

<Information on landslides>
1.Landslide hazard warning zones (yellow zones) and special landslide warning zones (red zones) are areas designated by Kagoshima Prefecture as areas where there is a risk of harm to residents in the event of a landslide or mudslide, in accordance with the Law on the Promotion of Landslide Prevention Measures in Landslide Hazard Warning Areas.
2.Mountain disaster risk areas are areas where there is a risk of direct damage to public facilities such as government offices, schools, hospitals, roads and people's homes due to hillside collapses, landslides and collapsed sediment discharges arising from mountainous areas, based on the results of surveys carried out by Kagoshima Prefecture.

<Information on tsunamis>.
1.The L2 tsunami inundation zones are based on the tsunami inundation maps from the Kagoshima Prefecture Earthquake and Other Disaster Damage Forecasting Survey published by the Emergency Management Bureau in September 2014.
2.L2 tsunami inundation zones are based on the two cases of the Nankai Trough earthquake scenario published by the Japanese Government, which have a large impact on Kagoshima Prefecture, plus Kagoshima Prefecture's own considerations, and are the largest class of tsunami conceivable at the present time.
3.L2 Tsunami inundation zones show the inundation areas that would be inundated by the largest class of tsunami under adverse conditions, and the inundation depth, which is the maximum depth of water at each location within the inundation area; in some places the inundation areas and depths are not the first wave of tsunami, but are maximum in the second and subsequent wave.

＜地図利用規約＞
本サイトにより提供される地図データ（「データ」）のご利用前に、以下の規約を必ずお読み下さい。
以下の規約は、本サイトの利用者（「利用者」）と大崎町とのデータの利用に関する契約の条件となります。
本規約すべてにご同意いただけた場合のみデータをご利用下さい。データを利用された場合は本規約にご同意いただいたものとします。
第１条（データの著作権及び使用許諾）
１．データの著作権は株式会社ゼンリン又はこれに権利を許諾する第三者に帰属します。
２．大崎町は、利用者に対して、著作権法に定める私的使用の範囲内で、データについて以下の権利を許諾します。
なお、利用者はデータについて、これら以外のいかなる権利も取得するものではありません。
(1)本サイト上で表示されたデータをWebブラウザで閲覧すること。
(2)本サイト上で表示されたデータを紙媒体に印刷出力すること（本号に基づき印刷出力したデータを以下「複製成果」という）。
第２条（遵守事項）
利用者は以下の事項を遵守するものとします。
(1)前条で明示的に許諾される場合を除き、方法の如何を問わず、データの全部又は一部を複製（印刷を含む。）、転記、抽出、加工、改変、翻案、送信その他の利用をしないこと。
(2)有償・無償を問わず、また、譲渡、使用許諾、送信その他方法の如何を問わず、データ（その全部又は一部の複製物、出力物、抽出物その他利用物を含む）を第三者に利用させないこと。
第３条（保　証）
利用者は、データは必ずしも利用者の使用目的又は要求を満たすものではなくまたすべてが正確かつ完全ではないこと及び大崎町はこれらがあってもデータの交換・修補・代金返還その他の責任を負わないことを了承するものとします。
第４条（本サイトの停止等）
１．大崎町は定期的に本サイトの保守・点検を行う際、一時的に本サービスの全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
２．大崎町は次の各号の何れかに該当する場合は、利用者に事前の通知をすることなく一時的に本サイト運営の全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
(1)本サイトの保守・点検を緊急に行う場合。
(2)火災・停電等の事故、地震・洪水等の天災、戦争、暴動、労働争議等により、本サイトの運営が不可能となった場合。
(3) 大崎町が、運用上又は技術上やむを得ず本サイトの運営一時中断が必要であると判断した場合。
(4)本サイトの障害等により、本サイトの運営ができなくなった場合。
３．大崎町は、大崎町の裁量によって、本サイトの運営を終了することができるものとします。

＜利用条件＞
●本サイトのサポートブラウザは、株式会社ゼンリンデータコムの提供する「拠点案内サービス」に準じます。それ以外のブラウザでも表示できますが、一部の機能が制限される場合があります。
●本サイトの各危険箇所、地物、行政区境等のデータについては、公開用に概略化したものであり、誤差がある場合があります。
●本サイトの各危険箇所データは、一定の条件に基づき予測されたものであり、実際の災害時は想定を超える可能性があります。
●本サイトの背景に表示している地図、その他地図コンテンツについては、拠点案内の利用規約(約款)に準じます。また、地図コンテンツは、土地の利用若しくは土地の境界を示すものではありません。
●本サイトで使用している航空写真は国土地理院が撮影したものを使用しています。利用規約に関しては国土地理院の利用規約に準じます。

＜土砂災害に関する情報＞
１．土砂災害警戒区域（イエローゾーン）及び土砂災害特別警戒区域（レッドゾーン）は、土砂災害警戒区域等における土砂災害防止対策の推進に関する法律に基づき、がけ地の崩壊や土石流が発生した場合に住民に危害が生じる恐れのある区域として鹿児島県が指定した区域です。
２．山地災害危険地区は、山地から発生する山腹の崩壊、地すべり及び崩壊土砂の流出などにより、官公署・学校・病院・道路等の公共施設や人家等に直接被害を与えるおそれがある地区について、鹿児島県が行った調査結果をもとに示しています。

＜津波に関する情報＞
１．Ｌ２津波浸水想定区域は、平成26年9月に危機管理局が公表した鹿児島県地震等災害被害予測調査の津波浸水想定図に基づいています。
２．Ｌ２津波浸水想定区域は、国が公表した南海トラフの巨大地震想定のうち、鹿児島県への影響が大きい２つのケースに、鹿児島県独自の検討を加えたもので、現時点において考え得る最大クラスの津波です。
３．Ｌ２津波浸水想定区域は、最大クラスの津波が悪条件下において発生した場合に浸水が予想される浸水域と、浸水域内における各地点の最大の水深である浸水深を示したものであり、浸水域や浸水深は、津波の第１派ではなく、第２派以降に最大となる場所もあります。
